  • Attempts to circumvent our systems, abuse service limits, or engage in fraudulent activities
  • Uses materials you do not own or have proper licensing rights to use
  • Creates misleading content intended to deceive or manipulate others
  • Violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

3. License and Usage Rights

Your Content:

  • You must own all rights to materials you upload or have proper licensing to use them
  • You retain ownership of your original uploaded content
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded materials
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide our services

Service License:

  • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service
  • Generated videos are provided for your personal/commercial use subject to these terms
  • This license may be immediately revoked for any violations of these terms
  • You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense our AI models or technology
  • You may not reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our systems

Content Restrictions:

  • Our service is designed for editing and enhancing user-owned materials only
  • Creation of synthetic persons, faces, or identities is strictly prohibited
  • All output must be based on content you legally own or are authorized to use

4. Description of Services

Dia TTS provides users with a web-based AI video editing and enhancement tool powered by advanced AI models.

We offer various credit packages for video generation. New users may receive promotional credits upon registration. Credit packages are available for purchase with different tiers to suit your needs.

5. No Guarantees

While we strive for quality results, we do not guarantee perfection or suitability of generated videos for any specific use case. Results are automatically generated by AI, and visual output may vary depending on input quality and parameters.

6. Violation Enforcement

Content Monitoring:

  • We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content that violates these terms
  • Automated and manual content moderation systems may be employed
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for violations

Enforcement Actions:

  • Warning: First-time minor violations may result in warnings
  • Content Removal: Violating content will be immediately removed
  • Account Suspension: Temporary restriction of service access for repeated violations
  • Account Termination: Permanent ban for serious or repeated violations
  • No Refunds: Credits and payments are non-refundable for policy violations
  • Legal Action: We may pursue legal remedies for severe violations

Appeal Process:

  • Users may appeal enforcement actions by contacting support@dia-tts.com
  • Appeals will be reviewed within 7 business days
  • Final decisions on violations rest solely with Dia TTS

7. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for free usage credits. If you purchase paid credits and encounter a technical issue, please reach out to our support team at support@dia-tts.com, and we will assist you accordingly.
